Here is a rendering, a few months old. It's an old wrecking ball. Marker, pastel, and colored pencil on 11x17 cold press illustration board. Took 8 hours or so.

Composition practice. These are 9 inch aluminum wire armatures covered in soft micro-crystalline wax. The board is about 10 inches square and has holes drilled in for sticking the feet in place. These are super handy when drawing multiple interacting subjects.

This is my final project for a beginning film course I just completed.

It's about a stoner having a chill afternoon at the park, until a mysterious stranger arrives...

Declaration of Intent

This is a Declaration of Intent.

I will update this blog with the fruits of my creative endeavors at least once a week. I will also post things a reader of an art blog would find interesting or useful; links, good images, whatever. I'll also post things that happen in my life, like a diary. This blog is largely for my benefit, an online sketchbook of sorts.
